Audio Archives
We have created this new section called the "Audio Archives" which is made possible by the work of Phil Pawsey. Phil started taping them several years ago when on the Ham radio. He was on a net with several pilots and fellows from other departments.
Phil asked three basic questions hoping that it would prompt them to relate other experiences and they did not let him down.
The questions were;
- When,where and type of aircraft did they have their first aircraft ride.
- When where, and type of aircraft did they complete their first solo flight.
- Where, when did they make their first two way radio contact.
